Conference venue

This year the conference will take place at the Wroclaw University Campus in Wroclaw, the capital of Lower Silesia region in Poland.

Conference fee details

First option:

Part 1: Conference fee including paper submission and review fee - 190 EUR

Part 2: Publishing fee (after positive review) - 75 EUR (special price for conference participants)

Second option:

Paper publishing fee (without participation in the conference) - 215 EUR

Conference fee covers: participation, conference materials, one paper copy of publication per submitted paper, lunches and coffee breaks, conference gala dinner. It does not cover accommodation. List of suggested conference hotels will be available soon.

Deadline for fee payment is: 1st of March 2014. Please send the confirmation of payment by fax to the conference office: +48 71 3680 646. The invoice will be issued right after bank transfer confirmation.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Registrations are non-refundable after April 20, 2014. A refund of pre-paid fees will be made, excluding transaction costs, provided that an advance written request is submitted by April 20, 2014. All refunds will be handled within 30 days after the end of the conference.
